Are 6 Pack Abs Achievable After Having a Tummy Tuck?

If you excercise your abdominal musles after you have healed completely from your tummy tuck, it is possible to see and feel muscle definition. This will depend on the abdominal wall fat being thin enough so the muscles show through. As long as you continue to maintain your weight and exercise regularly, your hard work can show through once the skin is removed.

Achieving a six pack after major weight loss is possible but may require more than one operation depending on the thickeness of the skin and  the pattern of skin laxity.

You can achieve a significantly flattened abdomen from abdominoplasty.  A "6 pack" abdomen is rarely created from abdominoplasty.  After you have healed and have been cleared for regular activity you can achieve more definition by conventional methods such as sit-ups/crunches.

It sounds like you are very fit now- after the removal of your excess skin, I do believe you would be able to achieve a significantly improved level of muscular definition.

This could be further enhanced through particular liposuction techniques if maximum definition were desired.

If you started with a six pack and some extra skin, you can end up with it, but it sounds like it is unlikely.

A six-pack look can be produced with differential liposuction or liposculpting. This might be able to be performed conservatively with your tummy tuck.
