Scars can be improved with lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

From your question it is not clear whether you have just a nasal scar or a scar and a crooked nose from your injury.  In any event it is possible to improve on just a  scar or a crooked nose.  Depending on the details of your scar there are a variety of techniques available.
