I have horrible dark scars on my legs. I've heard from 3 different doctors MRSA, staph, and hidradentis supprativa. Help (Photo)

A dermatologist should biopsy the lesions. I would treat the pigmentation alone with Luminase and Exfolase creams followed by fractional laser.Best, Dr. Karamanoukian#Realself100 Surgeon

Thanks for your question and posting pictures.  From the pictures, I can't tell what caused it.  At this point, I would consider it PIH or Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation.  I'm not sure of your skin type, but it looks a little dark.  I would probably recommend a series of PicoSure FOCUS treatments for the pigment and to even out any texture issues.  The FOCUS is safe for all skin types and has almost no downtime.  Best of luck.BTW:  We recently treated a young patient with hidradentis supprativa.  One FOCUS seemed to calm down her HS flair ups and really reduced her associated PIH.  She lives 6 hours away and is planning her next trip. 

Wow, I have not seen anything like that. However please Research PRP for scar removal. Your own blood is drawn, concentrated, injected and micro needled into those scars. Also with the new skin growth that black color should be replaced with normal skin. Please go see some one in person for a consult. If they have a laser guided top of the line PRP machine that's a plus. Good luck.
