What causes this pulling in and what can be done to fix it? 1 month post breast implant removal. (photos)

I am one month post op from breast implant re my right breast is being pulled in towards my ribs. I tried cupping and it realeased a little for a few days. But once the swelling went down it is being pulled in again. Feels like something is attached to my bone.

As the implants have been removed the skin has become loose and with the looseness it could be creating an indentation. This is due to the thinning of the skin and loss of breast tissue that takes place with implant removal.

The indentation that bothers you is caused from the breast tissues no longer having the support of the implant.  The breast tissue and surrounding skin have stretched and thinned during the time the implants were in place.  Once the support of the implant is removed, the tissues may fold over on themselves.  As you are still healing from surgery, you may find improvement as you continue to recover.
