I'm 45 w/former 2018 upper bleph double eyelid surgery and now have droopy lids. A surgeon told me that I just need some skin excised from my upper eyelid instead of an outer brow lift. Do I actually have enough skin for him to just cut it to make it look better? Do I need both skin cut + lift? Or just the outer brow lift? In the side-by-side collage photo, I'm pulling up my outer eyebrow on left and just relaxed on right. Sorry for pixelization editing.

Answer: Upper bleph vs brow lift Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, it appears that an outer brow lift would give you a better result. I would start there and then make an assessment whether or not removal of more eyelid skin would be beneficial. Hope that's helpful.
