This surgery can help target the eyes by removing skin, muscle, and even fatty tissue. As a result, this may help with eye asymmetry. You have significant brow asymmetry and unilateral browlift combined with blepharoplasty with weakening of eyelid depressors on left side ( excision of party of orbicularis muscle laterally as part of blepharoplasty would in combination help a great deal.

Thanks for your question. You do have asymmetry of the eyebrows and some but less asymmetry of the upper eyelids. When you animate there seems to be some enhancement of that asymmetry but also some asymmetry of your smile. I suggest before you do anything that you have a full evaluation by a board-certified plastic surgeon. Also, if you have had any Botox recently it would be best to allow that to completely wear off because Botox can enhance asymmetry. Obtaining perfect symmetry is impossible but there are some surgical and non-surgical procedures that may help. Good luck!
