Hi, I'm planning to be rhinoplasty and I'm also unhappy with my eyes. Is blethroplasty right for me? Or a brow lift? I'm 35. I have an under active thyroid which i think may be worsened my eyes.

I think before you make this decision it is important to understand the different effects of a Blepharoplasty and Brow Lift.

The Brow Lift is an operation that can help elevate the brows higher and by doing that it can make the eye appear more open, without the need to remove skin from the upper eyelids. There are different techniques of Brow Lifts, one is called a Hairline Brow Lift which allow reduces the height of the brow also and the scarring is more hidden.

Blepharoplasty, in this case Upper Blepharoplasty, is a procedure that skin, muscle and sometimes fat, is removed to make the hooded appearance of the eyes less exacerbated. This requires incisions in the upper crease of the eyelid. For better understanding, a proper examination is necessary with a doctor who will be able to give you the best advice.
