I'm a fair skinned female in my 30's. I have acne scars from 10 years ago on my chest. In my 20's I had alot of acne and many of the spots on my chest have become hypopigmented scars. I've tried tretinoin, various laser treatments, home roller needling of various lengths, and even skin bleaching to lighten the surrounding areas. Nothing has made a difference. Is there anything that has proven results on hypopigmented acne scars? I hate that they look like age spots.
