How to best treat adhered breast lift scar? (Photo)

I am a 40 yo F, and had a breast lift without implants about 6 weeks ago. My R breast suddenly developed a contracted scar about 3 weeks ago, and when I called my surgeon they said to do scar massage and f/u in October. I am not seeing much change, and am wondering if there is something else I should do or treatment I should pursue? Other than this my experience has been great.
