I'm 39, athletic with a stable weight. Slowly lost 20 pounds over the last 3 years. I'd like a tighter and more lifted look to my face, especially my sagging cheeks, nasolabial folds, and beginning marionette lines. Imagine placing your fingers by the cheekbones and slightly pulling up. I want to avoid thread lifts. Is surgery the only option? I'm open for creative solutions such as a chin implant, buccal fat removal, RF microneedling etc.
Answer: Thermage FLX Hello, I carefully examined your face. You have some laxity and sagging, but there is no skin gathering in front of the ears. Therefore, please don't consider a facelift surgery. You are still very young; 20 is too early for facial procedures. You don't need such surgery. I would like to suggest non-surgical treatments that will improve your skin quality and make your face appear tighter. Liquid facelift procedures, which I refer to as non-surgical facelifts, sharpen the jaw contour and give your face a tight and youthful appearance. Radiesse is a special calcium hydroxyapatite molecule that I frequently use, stimulating fibroblasts and increasing collagen, providing a natural lifting effect on the face. Radiesse offers both a filling effect and facial lifting. Based on my assessment of your photos, your mid-face particularly needs attention. You will be very satisfied with Radiesse as it stimulates collagen for many years, gradually making you look younger and tighter. Additionally, I recommend Thermage FLX for you. Thermage FLX is a radiofrequency treatment that can maintain the skin surface at 20° while reaching 80° under the skin. It's a one-time application with long-lasting effects. It is the top-ranked non-surgical facelift treatment globally, relying on superior technology. By examining the results, we see that the effect starts immediately, continues to improve over six months, and then lasts for many years. It's also approved for enhancing jaw contour. I confidently recommend it.

Answer: Endolift Laser and PDO Threads will tighten and reposition fallen tissues Laxity along the jawline is common. There are non-surgical procedures available to improve the jawline and neck. Endolift Laser is a remarkable procedure using a fiber placed beneath the skin to tighten skin and smooth out fat. This in conjunction with PDO threads to reposition fallen tissue and stimulate collagen are ideal. These procedures are office procedures with minimal down time. These are ideal for those with moderate laxity of the face and neck.

Answer: Tighten up the face and achieve a more defined look by doing morpheus8 Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Epigenetic Orthopedics with a DNA Appliance can correct underlying cause of these issues. You have dark circles under your eyes and a forward head posture seen when there is an airway issue. Your chin is slightly retrognathic and you have deep nasolabial grooves. This is most commonly due to an under-developed maxilla. When you watch shows like CSI they find a skull and then digitally add soft tissues to see what the face looked like. It always follows the contours of the bone and insufficient hard tissues are reflected in the face. Google: "Shrinking Jaws Stanford" to understand the origin of these problems. This can cause headaches, migraines, sinus issues, sleep apnea, snoring and TMJ disorders.
