What can be done to make my face look more symmetrical? Eye area is killing my self esteem (Photo)

My lower teeth droops down towards the right, i used to sleep a LOT on my right side of the face, and i’m pretty sure that might have permanently griefed my face. Would braces help? Maybe jaw surgery? If I would end up getting something to fix my jaw, will that help with eye symmetry as well?

Picture is inadequate but it appears you have a very narrow maxilla which is an orthopedic problem. I would suggest looking into Epigenetic Orthopedics to three dimensionally expand your maxilla to allow room for a full wide smile.

Avoid amputating healthy teeth for crowding. The issue is an underdeveloped maxilla, not too many teeth. There cn be multiple negatyive consequences from extraction, both cosmetic and medical
