Deep set eyes and prominent eye bone - how to fix hollowing in the over and inner eyes? (Photo)

Hi, I'm nineteen and i've always hated my eyes. They are very deep set and have a negative cantal as well as asymmetrical. I think it's due to hollowness above my eyes and inner corner. Around my eyes are very dark and I'm hoping theres a way to fix all those problems but I have no clue how. Can anyone recommend something? Anything helps (:

Dear Garrett, Your upper eyelids actually look fairly normal for a male face to me. The white showing under your eyes appears more related to lower eyelid position than excess upper eyelid exposure. The key question is whether this has always been present or happened after surgery or injury...

We regularly do a procedure that opens the eye area by shaping the bone around the eye socket. Doing that and lifting your eyebrows a bit should be quite feminizing. Additional photos are helpful of course.
