Following my mini neck lift procedure in May 2023, my ear lobes healed into 'pixie ears'. Fast forward to January 2024, I went back to the surgeon for a revision to get my naturally round ear lobe shape back. Now June 2024, the left side is better but the right side still looks like 'pixie ear' to me. I'm out of money and I'm too nervous to go back to the same surgeon for another revision as I've been left with extensive scarring. What are my options? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
