My under eye is my most insecure part of my face and I've been searching for years for the right procedure. I had initially wanted to try tear trough fillers but a consult with a plastic surgeon told me that my skin in that area is too thin and there is a risk for blindness. I've seen tear trogh implants, custom infraorbital implats and cheek implants that may help in this area but have not found a Dr who is not specialized in all. Which procedure would benefit my under eyes most?
