Why does my body look like this and what can be done to help it? I’ve always wanted a heart-shaped butt/hips and just seem to look like an inverted triangle with weird lumps. I have no butt or hips and wide shoulders. What procedure would help with this? I was also wondering if something like airsculpt/an awake bbl would help? I would like a quick recovery and to not have to undergo the full anesthesia/surgery but I’m really desperate to figure out what I can do to help

This pictures are not totally accurate however after analyzing your case I can say you're a good candidate for 360 liposuction fat transfer to hips and BBL. Thank you for your question. The photos are not helpful except that they show you are not overweight. As a Total Definer board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in advanced body sculpting techniques, I would recommend Hi Def VASER Lipo 360 degrees with fat transfer to the buttocks and hip dips. I do these surgeries in our accredited office surgical suite under deep intravenous sedation and not general anesthesia. You have to decide if you want a quick recovery or the best long term results based on your muscle and bony anatomy. Quick and best do not go together in my experience. This type of surgery, I would not suggest to do awake under local only. The pain or discomfort you will experience during this approach, will limit how much sculpting the surgeon can do. You cannot afford to have another procedure, since your donor fat areas do not have abundant fat supplies.
See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

Photos in full clothing make it very difficult for us to accurately assess and comment on your question.  You would likely be a great candidate for lipo 360 and BBL.  Do not try to cut corners by doing it under local anesthesia.  Something will be compromised.  Also, the type of anesthesia will not affect your recovery time.  Good luck!
