Will previous c-sections and varicose veins affect a future tummy tuck and Brazilian butt lift?

I m concerned because I've had two c sections one being an emergency from placentaprevia and the other I caught an infection , also I have two varicose veins on both sides of the acl of my legs will this affect the surgery ???

There is no true lift with fat graft augmentation of the buttocks. However, liposuction of the areas above buttocks and augmentation of the mostly central aspect of buttocks gives visual impression of the lift. You seem to be a good candidate for liposuction of torso and buttock/hip augmentation...
