Hello doctors! I have a short ramus. I have attached a picture to better ilustrate this. Above is myself. Below is a male model. I believe the ideal ramus should undercut the mouth. As seen in the model. What surgical procedure can i do to achieve this? I read about implants but the problem is that they add just width and not height(from what i read, i could be wrong).
