Solution for ramus - What surgical procedure can I do to achieve this? (photos)

Hello doctors! I have a short ramus. I have attached a picture to better ilustrate this. Above is myself. Below is a male model. I believe the ideal ramus should undercut the mouth. As seen in the model. What surgical procedure can i do to achieve this? I read about implants but the problem is that they add just width and not height(from what i read, i could be wrong).

Jaw angle implants are the definitive solution for the facial change you are seeking. They can add width, vertical length or both. Much of the change you are looking at in that picture is actually caused by merely adding width. Widening jaw angle implants will create some vertical lengthening effect because of the rollout of the soft tissue around and beneath them.

The ramal implant can add height and width to the jawline and achieve good balance. The male structure can allow greater 'strength' in the jaw so the amount 
of change can be significant
