The one pic is edited to how I want it to be. My actual bone structure is like the edited pic but I think it's either fat or skin covering it.

Thank you for your question. There are a few ways to slim the face from the front perspective. Buccal fat removal helps narrow the cheeks by removing fat using small incisions on the inside of the mouth. This can be done in the office with local numbing. Another popular treatment is using botox for the masseter muscle in order to weaken it, which in turn makes it smaller.

Hello, Jaw surgery can be done to narrow the jaw. You could first consider masseter botox, which may narrow the back part, but, if the issue is bone, jaw surgery is the key.  It's done through the inside of your mouth and can be very successful. Watch our videos to learn more.
