How to fix long, thin face - chin shave, jaw surgery, other treatment? (Photos)

I have a long, thin face and my nose has a large bump. I am unsure the best course of action to fix my issues. I included some photos that show the problem. I can't tell if I need a chin shave, or double jaw surgery, or some other procedure in order to fix my long face.

Performing double jaw surgery is rather invasive, and is performed by an oral surgeon in a  hospital setting with an overnight stay at the hospital. Probably best to just start with the rhinoplasty procedure if the dorsal hump bothers you enough. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the hump, refining the nasal tip and narrowing the bridge line with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. Digital computer imaging would be helpful I Understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features
