I had my breast aug in 9/2022, never had any complications or pain. Massaged them regularly, took Montelucast. I only have numbness in one spot, the left side of my left breast. This is also the side that I’m concerned may be in malposition as it is quite flat in that area. My question is, is it malposition/something to do with pocket placement or is the numbness and flatness connected and they could go away together? Saline. Under the muscle. 300cc each.
Answer: Implant position At this point you are viewing your final results. Swelling has resolved and the implants are in their final position. If you have concerns I encourage you to visit with your surgeon. She/He can rule out any issues and discuss further intervention with you if needed.

Answer: BA results Dear nessaja, if you had your surgery in 09/2022, then your results are most likely final. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Implants The pocket on that side is a little flat. Perhaps external ultrasound treatments with oral Accoclate could help. Otherwise, surgery is needed to open that area, if that area bothers you. It is not noticeable in clothing because of your bra.

Answer: Have my implants dropped completely at one year or is this malposition Thank you were your question and photographs. By one year after breast augmentation I would expect that your breast implants have dropped completely What I see on your photographs is an incomplete or constricted pocket for your implant on the lateral side underneath the armpit. The effect is a downward slant to your "side boob" as opposed to a normal rounded appearance. This can be corrected with a fairly straightforward revision. I would discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Breast implant malposition Likely this will not go away. If this was flat since the beginning then it’s probably due to the implant pocket. If not present from the beginning then I’m concerned that the massages may have pushed the implant into the position you see now. At this point to repair the flattening another surgery would be required with capsulotomy to allow the implant to move laterally.
