Hello I have my surgery scheduled in more than a week. I’m 5’8 140 pounds kinda broad shoulders little breast tissue. My goal is a full B cup small C. I have horror of looking bulky I rather them to look small and natural rather than I had a surgery look at me!My doctor recommended going 325cc high profile Dual plane because I have broad shoulders. But I’m concerned again it might look too big on me after photos I’ve seen. I was wondering if 300cc moderate profile would do the thing!?
Answer: Breast Augmentation Hi & thanks for your question! My suggestion for you is to try implants on again. Reach out to your surgical practice and schedule a time to try on the two different sizes. Make sure to bring a tight fitting shirt to see the true look of the implants. Best wishes!

Answer: Implant size Dear Practical513673, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Size I would suggest going back to your surgeon and trying on both sizes to see what you like. Both should do well for you.

Answer: Breasts augmentation Choosing the right implant size is a crucial decision, and it should be based on various factors, including your body proportions, desired outcome, and your surgeon's expertise. While your doctor's recommendation of 325cc high profile implants may be influenced by your broad shoulders and desire for a full B cup/small C look, it's important to openly communicate your concerns and desired aesthetic outcome. Breast implant size is subjective and can vary depending on individual preferences and body proportions. It's essential to have a thorough consultation with your surgeon, where you can discuss your specific goals and review various implant options, including different sizes and profiles. During the consultation, your surgeon can take measurements of your chest, assess your breast tissue characteristics, and consider your overall body frame to provide recommendations tailored to your needs. They may also show you before and after photos of previous patients with similar body types and implant sizes to give you a better idea of potential outcomes. It can be helpful to bring reference photos of the breast size and shape you desire, as this can facilitate a better understanding between you and your surgeon. I hope this helps, best of luck !
