I am 28, 5”7. I had my first breast augmentation four years ago and went under for a capsulotomy as my right breast developed capsular contracture. Two years later and as of yesterday my left breast looks funky. Could this be capsular contracture?

Answer: Capsular contracture Based on the changes that you have noticed and your history it is best to visit with your surgeon who can evaluate your situation and determine if you have capsular contracture. Capsular contracture can cause the breast to feel firm, shift or even hurt. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Capsular contracture Looks like its affected again, that is if it is the same breast as last time, you didn't make that clear. You need a proper treatment: total capsulectomy via an inframammary incision.
