32/24A, 5'3'', 130lb, 12in BWD. Will 275cc moderate plus be adequate to get to a 32C? (photos)

Using the algorithm proposed by Dr John Tebbetts and published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in December, 2005, a C cup with a normal to narrow frame should be achieved by woman with a breast width of 11.5. Inspira Allergan gel implants at 11.5 cm base width is 275.
One can generally push this 25 cc or so, so if wanting to go bigger you could go to 300. 300 is usually a small C in a bra size 34. Should be a moderately full C if true band is 32. But NOT in a Victoria's Secrets bra, Their sizing does not match the standard of under bra dimension in inches plus four inches. They are bigger for a given band by one cup size for some reason.
Regarding high profile, they do give the larger volume in a smaller base width, but the upper pole comes off at a steeper angle from the upper chest which is not natural, if that would bother you.
A base width of 11.5 -12 could accommodate an Inspira Allergan implant of up to 365 which would probably look more like your wish pick.
Going to the plastic surgeon's office and trying on these sizes in a 32 C and D bra would give you the most accurate answer, and that is what I do in addition to all the sizing to generate a range of possibilities.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for breast augmentation using a dual-plane approach. The choice of breast implant size is a personal one, but is limited by the dimensions of your breast. While a 275cc implant will help you achieve your wish pic look, you may have to balance the decision to bigger with the wish to look natural. I hope this helps.

Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions of your chest wall. I also utilize Vectra 3D planning to further help with implant selection.
Based on your photos and tissue dimensions, 275-325cc range size implant will likely give you a nice natural-looking cleavage that you desire.
One cup size is typically considered to be around 150cc but cup sizes vary significantly between various bra brands.
I would seek an in-person evaluation by the plastic surgeon, in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results.

I am on Mentor's LEAD Advisory Board, and I perform over 500 augmentations a year using Mentor implants. You need to consider larger implants- perhaps 325cc HP? I would have to measure you myself to give you an exact answer but that's my best guess based on your photos. 275cc MPP implants are not going to give you your goal look- not the size and not the shape.

Thank you for your question. For every 100 cc of implant, the cup size will change by one. Getting 200cc implants would take you from an A to a smaller C. Your breasts are on or near the chest wall and the nipple-areola complex is pointing outward. My recommendation for you is a mini-lift procedure. Best Wishes.

I would suggest using 3D breast implant imaging which can control for breast implant profile and volume. Based on the photos you can see what you would look like before surgery and choose the implant you like best.

At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 200 cc implants would take you from an A to a C. Your breasts are low on the chest wall and the nipple-areola complex is pointing outward. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Thank you for your question and photographs.  I think you are starting from an excellent position and should anticipate a nice result.  Breast implant selection is an exciting, but stressful part of the breast augmentation process as there are so many choices. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend seeing additional board certified plastic surgeons to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations.  It sounds as if it may be wise for you to "try on" several of the implants so that you can have a better visual representation as to what they would look like, as your inspiration photos appear to be more of a full profile appearance. Best wishes!

Go back to your surgeon and try on the size so you can get an idea about what volume you can achieve.
