Is Vaser lipo the best solution to get rid of male chest fat? (Photos)

Question

I am looking for a solution where I can just get one treatment to get rid of the chest fat but also have very little downtime and no scars. Most importantly, I don't want my nipple area to be removed. I would try cool sculpting but I don't want to have to pay for multiple treatments. My goal is to have all fat removed from my lower chest and side of my chest. I want my chest to appear flat. The fat just does not look good on me especially when wearing slim fit shirts.

On review of your pictures it seems there is a strong possibility that you not only have some fat in your chest but also large mammary glands (gynecomastia). If during the physical exam this is confirmed the only solution would be a mixture of liposuction to remove the fat and excisional surgery of the mammary glands. Removing the glands purely with any type of liposuction is not possible despite many claims to the contrary. I would advise you to contact a surgeon with ample experience in treating gynecomastia so that you can get optimal results.

Thank you for providing photos for reference. With your situation, we cannot guarantee a single procedure with no scar at all. In #gynecomastia, staged procedures (more than one procedure) may be required. For example, the first procedure may be liposuction, then several weeks to months later after skin contraction has occurred, a separate procedure is done to remove excess skin. By doing a staged procedure, often the final scars are less. 
Your #nipple won't be removed per se, other specific techniques can reduce the areola when needed or re-position the nipple to create the appearance of a more natural contour.
With regards to recovery, an easily concealed support elastic garment is usually worn for 3-4 weeks following surgery. Sutures are typically removed within 7 to 10 days of surgery. Patients engage in gentle activities of daily living for the first 10 days. No aerobic exercise for at least 3 weeks but patients may take gentle walks after 10 days.

Personally, I use Vaser ultrasound liposuction with great results in male chest. This will remove fat including lateral chest in one treatment. You may also require a small excision (hide scar around areola) of thick tissue at the same time for full flatness. Vaser Hi Def if the a great option for you. depending on the amount of glandular tissue you have, you may want to consider having glandular tissue removed at the same time. I understand that you are against it but if you do have significant glandular tissue underneath your nipple you may not achieve the flat appearance with vaser alone. An examination would be needed to make that determination. It appears from the picture that most if it is fatty tissue that is very amenable to a liposculpture procedure with minimal scars. The down time for this procedure is minimal, compression garment for up to a month with final results at 6-9 months! See an expert!

Ultimately, it is the skill and experience of your surgeon that matters most.  Even the best equipment in the wrong hands can give you uneven, lumpy results or scarring if they aren't careful.  Make sure you ask to see numerous before/after photos and ask to talk with previous clients if needed

Any type of lipo would help. But you might have a nipple breast buds that needs excision also? Only in person examinations would allow that determination. I prefer SmartLipo Triplex combined with traditional lipo as a better lipo option. Vader could leave much larger incision sites..
