Vaser lipo recovery alone? WIll I be able to take care of myself?

Hello am planning to get Vaser liposuction on my whole stomach area flanks, and a little on the back am 160 cm tall and I weigh 60 kg, am going to do the procedure alone without anyone to help me with recovery, will I be able to take care of my self? Btw am staying at the hostiptal the first two days but am worried about the rest of the days since I'll be on my own, will it be possible to recover without the help of anyone?

hello Hadeelatari  Yes you can. A short period of rest of 12-24 hours is usually recommended immediately after the procedure. Activity is largely dependent upon how you, the patient feels. Like traditional liposuction, there are no large incisions or treatment of underlying tissues such as muscle that need healing. #recovery #post-op

2 days recovery in a hospital is a bit much as most of my patients go home the same day.  It definitely will not harm you to have someone help you but it is not needed. When you go home you should be fine and should not need much of any assistance

Thank you for your question.Staying in the hospital for the first two days will help you a lot. You should have no problems once you are home, just remember to take it easy and follow the post procedure instructions given to you.

Hello and thank you for your question. For my patients that are having liposculpture, I tell them that it is mandatory to have a caretaker for the first 48 hours after surgery. After that 2 day mark, I believe patients are alert and oriented enough to take care of themselves. Since you have a few nights in the hospital, I believe you will be fine to take care of yourself at home after those first 48 hours. Good luck with everything!

VASER LIPOS recovery is not bad at all; staying at the hospital is over kill. Vaser lipo is actually less tolling than traditional liposuction.
