It is hard to tell, but you do seem to have some mild ptosis [droop] of your right upper lid. You should see a oculoplastic surgeon for an evaluation. However, I would not rush into any surgery. First of all you are very young. Second we all have slight differences in each side of our body, and third even if  you have surgery it is unlikely that you will have perfect symmetry.. You might want to consider giving this some time to see if any changes happen.  You might be more sensitive about this mild difference that you will be as you get older. Good luck.

It is best to get examined by an oculoplastic surgeon to determine the reason for the asymmetry. From the photo, it appear that you have right upper eyelid droopiness, right eye sunken, or left eye bulgy, or a combination of the above. The treatment would be based on the actual cause.

  It is never easy to make decisions based on 1-2 photos that you sent.  It does appear that you may have a true ptosis of the right upper lid.  If it is indeed new and not congenital (from birth), then I think it needs to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist to consider the cause of it, before correction is considered.

Unilateral proptosis of recent onset can indicate a serious problem and needs investigation, preferably by a neurosurgeon.  It might only indicate a growth abnormality of the orbit. In any case an MRI should be done to help determin the cause

First of:  go see an oculoplastic surgeon but be cautious of anyone who recommends surgery without thorough exam.  Second:  You're young.  Give it time.  You already receive compliments as well you should.  You're a good looking person with great features so count yourself fortunate.   Besides, treatment does not guarantee symmetry.Third:  Don't worry too much.  I assure you people are looking at you and your face, not just your eyes.  So long as you're a friendly happy person people are drawn to you and don't give a darn about one eye looking different.You may have some ptosis or you may not.  I have a mild suspicioun you have asymmetric orbits (eye sockets) causing one eye to be in a slightly different position vs. the other.  This is very common and rarely work operating on.Best of luckChase Lay, MD

Whether you have a real asymmetry or not needs to be evaluated in person by a surgeon experienced in eye mechanics, either a plastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon, of ophthalmologic surgeon. You may have a congenital ptosis, an acquired ptosis, or a primary neurological problem. These concerns can only be diagnosed in person with a very close and accurate examination of many factors. You should make an appointment to see the proper surgeon in the near future and find out the correct diagnosis. None of this can be ascertained from photographs.
