it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to get BBL surgery after hip fracture. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Most likely you can have a BBL. The scar tissue from your trauma and surgery may limit the ability to expand the skin at least immediately adjacent to the scar.The procedure could be technically slightly more difficult because of your injury and you could potentially be at risk for complications. Overall I don’t think this should hinder you from having the procedure.
