Is there a procedure to bring my breasts closer together, or create more cleavage? (Photos)

Thank you for your question. A larger portion of my practice is devoted to revisionary breast surgery. You have a fairly straight forward fix with a lateral capsulorrhaphy (suturing the pocket) and medial capsulotomy (cutting the pocket). I have performed this type of surgery hundreds of times with excellent outcomes. Fat transferred to breasts could help achieve the look you desire. An in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon could give you a better idea on how this would work. Generally more fat then needed is transferred to the breast knowing some will die, and in end give you the perfect size and desired result. The great thing about fat transfer is it also improves another area of the body. Autologous fat grafting placing fat in the medial and upper pole will likely give you the result you are wanting with more medial fullness and cleavage.

I am not sure that the other PS answering your question read the information...you state that you do not have implants and are not interested in implants, but they are giving advice that coincides with a revision surgery to breast augmentation. Yes, some women are born with breasts that are further apart which makes creating cleavage difficult. You can do fat transfer to bring the breasts closer together but it may take more than one surgery depending on how dramatic you want the cleavage. Each fat transfer only leads to a small take of ~150cc of fat. Each surgery will bring them closer together. 

Yes, you can achieve a better cleavage, but I would not recommend fat grafts to meet this goal. Your implants appear to have been placed too far apart. Some of the pectoralis muscle fibers were insufficiently divided near your sternum to allow the implants to move enough together.
This is unfortunately not an uncommon problem. I recommend seeking a plastic surgeon in your area with experience in this procedure. If, upon examination, your plastic surgeon finds that the implant pockets are open too far laterally, he/ she may elect to suture the pocket in that area as well as dividing the pectoralis muscles as mentioned above.

Upper medial pole fat grafting can bring the cleavage of the breast. decent amount of fat grafting is required and be prepared to have more than one session if Fat grafting is the only option. advantage of fat grafting to breast is donor area definition.

Fat grafting would be an option for you. Fat grafting is permanent but a percentage of the fat that is injected does not survive. Fat is suctioned from one part of the body and injectioned underneath the skin. Surgery takes typically takes less the an hour and a half. I hope you find this information useful. 

Thank you for your question.  You have excellent breast anatomy and it is important to understand that the distance between your breast as determined by the width of the breastbone.  The position of your breast now is quite natural.  My recommendation would be to wear uplifted bra to achieve the look that you want.  Fat grafting can certainly be done however often a second fat grafting is necessary because of loss of fat after the first procedure.  In addition you have natural balance to breasts and adding volume to only the medial portion might look abnormal.
