My breasts are a decent size and I don't want implants. However I would consider fat grafting if that would work. If it is possible to have fat grafted from one area of my body to fill in the gap between my breasts and this create more cleavage, would the results be permanent, or would this require routine maintenance? Thank you.

Answer: Is there a procedure to bring my breasts closer together, or create more cleavage? I am not sure that the other PS answering your question read the information...you state that you do not have implants and are not interested in implants, but they are giving advice that coincides with a revision surgery to breast augmentation. Yes, some women are born with breasts that are further apart which makes creating cleavage difficult. You can do fat transfer to bring the breasts closer together but it may take more than one surgery depending on how dramatic you want the cleavage. Each fat transfer only leads to a small take of ~150cc of fat. Each surgery will bring them closer together.
