I've always had stretchmarks due to early development. I lost some weight (about 25-30 lbs,) which deflated my breasts + increased the depth of very visible stretchmarks on my entire upper breast pole. I could deal with the sag if I dint have these DEEP wrinkles. I hate the look of implants/don't want to increase size but noticed push up bras fill my upper pole and the added volume fills my stretchmarks out. Could a fat transfer to my upper breasts fill out my stretchmarks permanently?
Answer: Fat Fat transfers could be helpful as well as micropen treatments with PRP to help improve the stretch marks. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.

These may include: Chest contour problems such as pectus excavatum (sunken chest) or pectus carinatum (pigeon chest). Problems of implants including: rippling, visible edges, asymmetriesBreast lift or reduction that need more upper chest fullness.Breast lift that needs more volume #options #stretchmarks

Answer: Fat Transfer to Breast Breast augmentation won't resolve the problem you are having with stretch marks. I would suggest treating those directly with a skin procedure such as microneedling and PRP or fractional laser.

Answer: Stretchmarks They will not resolve with just fat. I recommend a breast lift/reduction. I also recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Fat transfer Dear gwenzee, fat transfer can be used to provide breast fullness. However, based on your photos, it looks like you have a severe sagging of breasts and you might need breast lift to get the best results. You can combine breast lift and fat transfer it you want to avoid implants. There are limits regarding the amount of transferred fat. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. You will get the best recommendations after a thorough examination.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
