Fat transfer for deep breast stretch marks? (Photo)

Breast augmentation won't resolve the problem you are having with stretch marks.  I would suggest treating those directly with a skin procedure such as microneedling and PRP or fractional laser.

They will not resolve with just fat. Dear gwenzee,fat transfer can be used to provide breast fullness. However, based on your photos, it looks like you have a severe sagging of breasts and you might need breast lift to get the best results. You can combine breast lift and fat transfer it you want to avoid implants. There are limits regarding the amount of transferred fat. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Fat transfers could be helpful as well as micropen treatments with PRP to help improve the stretch marks. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.
