Thank you for the question. The answer is absolutely not, as it would actually be a dangerous procedure that would most likely result in the loss of a finger. Significant swelling is part of recovery from all liposuction procedures. A finger is a very limited and tight space that does not tolerate much swelling. Even if cannulas thin enough did exist, performing liposuction in a finger would likely injure vital structures in the finger, jeopardizing both the nerve supply and the blood supply to the finger, and would most likely result in the loss of a finger. Even if the finger survived, the internal scarring from liposuction would most likely impair your finger's range of motion for the rest of your life.
I would not perform liposuction on the fingers. The arteries and nerves to the finger tip runs on the side of the fingers and can be easily damaged. This would result in permanent numbness and possible loss of your fingers. I hope you find this information useful. Please watch the enclosed video.
