fullof.  Sorry you’re going through this difficult time. You did not mention how long ago your surgery was performed? If it was short time ago, improvement may occur with reduction of swelling over time.  However, if this is the final result, you may want to get a second opinion. Options include revision liposuction with mini tummy tuck or full tummy tuck.  It appears from your photo that you already have a C-section scar and a mini tummy tuck would replace that scar in a lower position and be slightly longer. Hi, sorry to see your outcome, it is always possible to improve on poor cosmetic surgery outcomes, and a tummy tuck would certainly be an option, the other simpler option would be a repeat liposuction/Liposhifting/ Fat Transfer to reduce the contour irregularity. hello, I will recommend using your compression garment and waiting for a lease 6 month, before taking any decision on undergoing a new procedure, after that period if the result persists we can perform a mini tummy tuck or a complete tummy tuck.
