Lip incompetence post braces and sliding genioplasty. What are my options? (photos)

Hello, I have had extensive orthodontic treatment to correct my overbite including the herbst appliance. At that point I still had lip incompetence and a recessed chin. This year I got a sliding genioplasty and rhinoplasty. I am 4 months post op, my bottom lip has rolled in. I love my profile but I unfortunately still have lip incompetence and I’m wondering what my options are . I believe the rhino is contributing to it as well bc I can’t rub my lips together or stretch my lips down.
