I had inner thigh lipo 2 weeks ago. I’m getting and intense pulling sensation when standing after being seated a bit. Normal? I’m 2 weeks post. Intense pulling occurs after I’ve sat for a few minutes. It almost feels like I’m on a short lease. It reminds me of the feeling I had with mondors cord after implants many moons ago (removed a decade ago). Anyhoo, I had inner thigh lipo along with outer thigh and flanks/waist. Inner thighs feel so tight, especially after being seated for any length of time. Is this a normal part of the healing process? Tia

Answer: Liposuction Results & After care includes RF treatments (Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra) Cellutone/zwave, hyperbaric oxygen This may be due to swelling, but I recommend following up with your practitioner if you're concerned. It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Intense pulling sensation Dear Labrooks,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
