Great question! It is possible to order replacement aligners and retainers. If the relapse has been very minor it may be worth ordering a replacement retainer and see if it solves your issue. If the relapse is more advanced I would suggest Invisalign Express 5 or Express 10. Express is either 5 or 10 aligners that can be used to correct situations such as relapse for a lower cost than the Full Invisalign product. Express has some limitations not found in the Full Invisalign product so talk with your dentist and find out what is the best option for you. The relapse correction will be less costly and easier to treat the sooner you deal with it. All the best!
