Have you tried booking an appointment with a dentist? I'm sure they will be able to help you.
A full exam needs to be done and perhaps braces or veneers depending on what the xrays look like.
Regular visits every 6 months to the dentist are a must to ensure good oral health.

What do Xrays of the full mouth look like?

No, invisalign closes spaces but not 5 missing teeth. You need a consultation with a dentist for a proper comprehensive exam and work up. But regular visits to a dentist will help you to understand your needs better.

Are these dental implants placed correctly? or should they be done again? They were placed in mid November 2014 (Photo)

You cannot make an assessment with a panoramic. You have to Trust your dentist. Implants have to be placed where there is bone. Sometimes they are placed at angles and the posts correct these angles. Internal sinus lifts are done in the premolar area routinely.
If you are not having any issues why worry and ask others opinions. You should Trust and ask your dentist these questions.

First get the invisalign cleared by your tmj doctor. If you have had braces before then invisalign should be able to move your teeth but get a scan, have someone check out your joints First and make sure none of the teeth are ankylosed and you should get a nice result! Good luck!!

Call your doctor, they may be able to reorder them for you. How did it crack? Are you eating with them? They don't usually crack.

Tough to answer without an exam, xrays and consult. But not necessarily failing, could be part of the healing process. You should see your doctor for a consult.

Plastic surgery should be your last option, I can't answer your question without taking a special Xray called a lateral Ceph. I need to properly evaluate you and see you before telling you if invisalign can help you.

I don't recommend it, if you spent money for 100% of the treatment which would make your bite perfect, why do you wish to cheat yourself? YOu may as well get the benefit of perfectly lined up teeth with canine guidance not just canines touching. Sharde Harvey DDS. Ny, NY.
