Bad smile arc and lower teeth show too much... can Invisalign/braces help? (photo)

Question

When I talk, all my lower teeth show completely, which is an 'old' look even though I'm only in my mid-twenties. When I smile, my lower teeth show completely again but only about half or 60% of my upper teeth show. I think the problem may be that my 4 maxillary incisors are too far up. If these 4 teeth are extruded, and all my lower teeth are intruded so they don't show when I talk, will this help me get an ideal smile arc? And is it even possible to intrude all lower teeth?

Teeth can be intruded or extruded. In this
case, extruding the upper front teeth, which are quite hidden, would show more
of these teeth. Intruding the lower front teeth can also be done but intruding
the whole lower teeth is a little bit more difficult because if all the teeth
are on the same level, to reduce the whole arch from being intruded completely
is a much more challenging task and not that successful. If we’re talking about
the front teeth area that is often either over erupted or under erupted,
mechanics with specific attachments can improve the aesthetics and the arc with
regards to what teeth are being shown, with braces and micro implants or the
use of Invisalign. Also you need to look at the muscles surrounding the mouth,
particularly the lower lip area that shows more of the front teeth which botox
can be used to reduce certain muscle movements for aesthetic purposes.
