Hi there, I'm 26 years old and I believe I have a bulbous nose. My mother also had a bulbous nose and got rhinoplasty at around age 38 but her nose did not look improved and still looked very bulbous. Please let me know what type of procedure you reccomend & healing time? What causes bulbous noses and can I do anything now to make this less imperfect? How flawed do you think this is?
