Buccal fat removal, masseter reduction with Botox, or both? (Photo)

Hello, i was wondering which procedure i should use to reduce the lower half size of my face, buccal fat removal or masseter reduction or both? When i'm resting my jaw looks wide/ uneven but when i'm smiling it's the worst. Thank you for any advice.

The lower cheek fullness is caused by two different areas of the cheek. The fullness of the ANTERIOR lower cheek is caused by the buccal fat removal .The fullness of the  POSTERIOR lower cheek is caused by the masseter muscle. Therefore to decrease the fullness of the lower cheek both treatment might be necessary.

Based on your photos, you appear to have strong masseter muscles. And due to this, Botox injections on your masster muscles can make your lower face slimmer. Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. Botox can be used to slim the masseter. You are a patient that would need an in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of these procedures in your situation.
