Hi. I was interested in buccal fat removal . I went to a doctor and he informed me the procedure itself would not have much impact on my look due to my chin and suggested that the best option would be buccal fat removal with a chin implant. I have never thought about a getting a chin implant. When looking from a side profile I do feel the lack of a strong chin makes my face look more round. Now I’m extremely in doubt if I should do both procedures or just move forward with my buccal fat
