Poorly defined jawline and chubby cheeks when I smile, what could improve this? (photos)

I am a 24 year old female with a BMI of 19, however, my jawline is almost nonexistent and has been like that for the past decade. I have always disliked my profile for this reason. I also have noticed that when I smile, my cheeks look uneven and lumpy and like a person who is much heavier than I actually am. My eyes also crinkle up a lot even if I try to relax them when I smile. I was wondering what procedures could improve this?

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. Liposuction can further slim the face. Chubby cheeks are commonly hereditary and could be present even in patients with normal to low normal BMI. Chubby cheeks also tend to be resistant to diet and exercise.
