I had Buccal Fat removal but after a day, my upper lip is deviated to the right when I move it. Will this return to normal?

Im already on my day 2 post op, my cheeks’ still swelling but My main concern is that my upper lip’s deviation to the right side of my face. I noticed this when I tried to applied lipstick on my lips. Im afraid that I have facial nerve damage.
