I will be 4 weeks post op on Friday! I went with 445cc Natrelle Cohesive extra high profile silicone implants. I’m still somewhat high and tight. How long until they soften? What should I expect as “normal” feel with the cohesive? I know they are firmer but wondering how the end result should feel. Also, wanted to check my incisions at 4 weeks are coming along like they should. I trust my PS as he does great work just wondering.
