I am exactly 2wks post op today feeling great, I had a few orgasms over the past three days, not from direct intercourse, (the breasts were not touched during) but the chest muscles and core are contracting during the big “O” ... The O didn’t take long so my blood pressure wasn’t elevated for an extended time. I’m afraid to call my doctor bc I feel like I bother him, don’t want to be scolded. Is this okay? I am afraid I did something to them bc they feel tight swollen now
Answer: No problem No problem at all. At 2 weeks, raising your blood pressure with an orgasms or by other means won't cause issues. If you contracted your chest muscles during your orgasm, that may still be somewhat uncomfortable at the time of contraction, but it's not going to mess up your breast augmentation. If you feel extra tight or have visibly increased swelling, that is worth getting checked out. But I do not think it has any real association with you orgasms. Also, don't be afraid to ask your surgeon things like this. We, as plastic surgeons, are quite used to questions like yours. So, congrats on your breast augmentation, and go have fun.

Answer: Swelling Good day, What you describe should not have affected your results whatsoever. At the very most you may just be feeling slight soreness from the muscle contractions during your orgasm. Let your plastic surgeon know during your next follow up appointment. Best Regards
