It’s not sharpe. More dull then anything but I feel it when I bounce ( running ) ( hiit classes ). I haven’t been wearing very supportive sports bras and am wondering if someone something detached. It very similar to when I could feel my muscle twitch when it was healing I could also feel the discomfort when I am swimming and my chest in under the water and if I push it a certain way. I am very concerned
