Hi. You should allow time for your implants to drop and fluff before they can take their final shape. This often takes 3 to 6 month. Submuscular/dual plane implants always initially sit very high and settle into position slowly as the muscle stretches.

Dear emr_2290,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. 550ccs are very large implants. They have not gotten any smaller over the last 12 dayis, but have dropped into a normal position and no longer up under your chin. Give it a few months to see the final result. Good luck.
