Thank you for your question. Yes, you can combine them, but I prefer the result that the bullhorn lip lift offers over the V-Y. I would certainly only do one at a time to minimize the risk of overcorrection. In general, cost will vary depending mainly on location, with surgeons in higher cost cities charging more to cover overhead.

You just need a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

A lip lift will shorten your lip skin and even the red portion of your lip, the vermillion, making your lip skin shorter and your actual lip appear larger. Let me know if you have further questions.
