I notice my upper lip look long/"off" and my face often looks severe. My philtrum isn't 17mm, but I already have lot of tooth show. Can I combine bullhorn lift with v y lift? I'm a little worried about this making my lower lip look out of place. Any advice? Would those procedures be done at the same time? Why I the average cost?

Thank you for your question. I would try filler, as this would add volume, making the center less prominent, as well as address asymmetry issues. Also, if it turns out you don't like the look, the filler can be dissolved. I hope that helps. All the best!
This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
