I know perhaps my nose is a little wide and my chin a bit small, but would changing those make the biggest difference? How else can I improve the way my face looks? Is my philtrum too long in proportion? I'm in my 20s.

An upper lip lift is not possible without surgery. The incision is hidden at the nose-face junction and in the nostrils and columella area.

You have an issue with your bone structure not your lip. However, you can do upper lip filler and chin filler to help the look of your lip balance. If you want a more dramatic look, you need maxillofacial surgery. Best, Dr. Emer.
