My smile got destroyed by a Rhinoplasty 4 years ago. Can a Lip Lift save it? (photos)

I've lost the ability to smile with my lips open and show any teeth. It's all crooked when i do try and have to squint very hard. I would love a perfect smile like the one i attached but it seems like I'm so far away from that. Would a liplift help suspend things into shape? What else can I do?
