I've lost the ability to smile with my lips open and show any teeth. It's all crooked when i do try and have to squint very hard. I would love a perfect smile like the one i attached but it seems like I'm so far away from that. Would a liplift help suspend things into shape? What else can I do?

An upper lip lift is not possible without surgery. The incision is hidden at the nose-face junction and in the nostrils and columella area.

You have an issue with your bone structure not your lip. However, you can do upper lip filler and chin filler to help the look of your lip balance. If you want a more dramatic look, you need maxillofacial surgery. Best, Dr. Emer.
