if you want more show to your lip you will need a lip lift. otherwise fillers can be used. botox around the mouth as well. Thank you for your question. My advice to you is to not have surgery. The appearance of your lips is youthful and there is harmony in your facial features. The corner lift will make you look unnatural for the rest of your life. A central lip lift is commonly performed in older patients with signs of aging, which you have none, thus a surgical lip lift is not indicated.
