How can I lift the edges of my top lip and improve symmetry? (photos)

Question

The sides of my top lip seem to tilt inwards, making makeup sit on them strangely and making the center of my top lip look disproportionately bigger. I would love to lift these edges, but I’m not sure if a lip flip or lip filler would be the best route. In addition, I have a some asymmetry, I’m assuming this could be fixed with some filler. Looking forward to some advice!

Thank you for your question. I would try filler, as this would add volume, making the center less prominent, as well as address asymmetry issues. Also, if it turns out you don't like the look, the filler can be dissolved. I hope that helps. All the best!

You have much less visible vermilion show on the sides of your upper lip than in the central part. The definitive and permanent solution is a lateral vermilion advancement procedure.
